  • Past due accounts may be subject to late fees as stated in your contract.

  • We may suspend or terminate services for non-payment.

5. Cancellations & Termination

  • Either party may cancel services according to the cancellation provisions in the applicable signed contract.

  • SLPM reserves the right to terminate your access to the Site at our sole discretion if you violate these Terms or applicable laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • SLPM makes reasonable efforts to ensure the Site is accurate and functional, but we do not guarantee error-free or uninterrupted access.

  • We are not liable for damages arising from use of the Site, including but not limited to loss of data, service interruptions, or reliance on information provided.

  • Landscaping services involve natural conditions outside of our control (e.g., weather, soil, pests, acts of God). We are not responsible for damage resulting from these conditions.
